• Each vote binds to your session; repeat votes are blocked per day.
• Deleting cookies disables voting.

5. Gift Shop & Affiliate Links

• Our Gift Shop features links to products sold on Amazon.com.
• Those links use our Amazon Associates affiliate tag; if you purchase through them, we earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
• Product images, descriptions, pricing, and availability are provided by Amazon and subject to change.
• All sales, shipping, returns, and customer service for Gift Shop products are handled by Amazon under their own policies.

6. Advertising

• If a TikTok post is deleted or inaccessible, we automatically remove it and its votes.
• We may remove any submission that violates these Terms or is inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

• The site’s design, text, and graphics (excluding embedded TikTok content and affiliate product listings) are our property.
• TikTok embeds follow TikTok’s licensing terms; Amazon links and Google Ads follow their respective terms.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: The site is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, embed availability, or affiliate products.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages arising from your use, including lost votes, broken embeds, or issues with affiliate product purchases or ads.
